RIPA WEAR INC. RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are permitted if the sandal is purchased through our website and if it is received within 21 days of invoice date. Sandals bought at a retail store can be exchanged or returned through the store that you purchased the sandals from. For web purchases, to return or exchange size or color, all of the following conditions must be met:
1. Purchase was made directly from us, at our www.Ripawear.com website.
2. Sandals are in clean, unworn condition with no foot imprints. Worn sandals will not be accepted, and will not be returned
back to the customer.
3. Copy of invoice is included and all tags are still attached in original way to the sandal and returned in original packaging.
4. Return or exchange is received within 21 days of invoice date.
Please note we can only accept exchanges and returns for color or size if all of the above conditions are met. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are not refundable. Shipping costs to mail back an exchanged product will be billed to the customer's credit card or other card from which the original purchase was made. On a rare instance where your order was incorrect and a result of our error, we will pay for the return shipping cost.
If Ripa Wear Inc. receives a request for return or exchange of sandals that do not meet all 4 of the conditions above, then the sandals will be mailed back to the customer at his/her expense plus a $3.00 processing fee. This will be charged to the customer's credit card or other card from which the original purchase was made. Please understand that we are not responsible for packages lost or misdirected in transit. All packages should be sent via a traceable method.
Please be assured we will do our very best to exchange your purchase as fast as possible. Timing will vary by product availability and shipping distance. Warranty
Ripa sandals are warranted for manufacturer’s defect assuming normal wear and tear for 60 days from invoice date of purchase. Normal wear and tear will be under the discretion and determination by Ripa Wear Inc.
Items covered under 60 day warranty:
* Stitching on thong.
* Thong attachment to foot bed.
* Lining to sole adhesion
Items not covered under warranty:
* Sandal bed, sole and or fleece damage due to misuse, excessive wear and tear.
* Deterioration of any kind due to exposure to heavy rain, water, heat or machine washing or drying.
* Sheepskin color or appearance variation. This is a natural feature of genuine sheepskin.
Evaluations will be processed as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are received and may take 1-3 weeks upon our receipt. If the sandal is covered under warranty, replacement timing will be dependent on shipping distance and product availability. We will pay for the shipping cost to replace your sandals if they are deemed defective under the Ripa warranty. If the sandal is not covered under warranty, they will be mailed back to the customer with return shipping charges billed to his/her credit card or other card from which the original purchase was made.
