RIPA® WEAR INC. SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES AND POLICY
Ripa Wear Inc. offers shipping to the US (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and Canada. With the exception of Canada, we are unable to ship to other international countries at this time.
Shipping and handling charges vary by the type of delivery service you choose, and the number of items you order. The charts below detail types of service we offer and associated shipping and handling costs. Remember, they are base costs and do not include taxes of any kind. Delivery times are our best estimates. Actual delivery is based on the availability of your ordered items, mailing address and the shipping option you choose. Be assured, we do not charge your credit card until your order is processed!
Back orders
Occasionally there may be a situation where a product is on back order. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is in and we process your order. We process orders on back ordered items in the order that we receive them. We expect that this should take no longer than 4-6 weeks. We will contact you when your order is ready to be shipped.
Changing Shipping Information after an Order is Placed
We process orders quickly, so once the fulfillment process begins, we are unable to make changes. So, be sure to double check the shipping information you give when placing an order! Please note we are cannot ship to addresses with P.O. Boxes or to military bases.
Undeliverable Packages
Rarely we receive back a package that the carrier defines to be undeliverable. This might happen for example, if we were given an incorrect address or it was addressed to a PO Box. When a package is sent back to us and labeled undeliverable, we can not re-ship the order. We therefore will issue a refund for the merchandise (and tax, if applicable) minus shipping, handling and associated tax. If you made a mistake, and want to re-order, just place a new order on our web site but double check the address!
